This is what the template creation section looks like.
The table in this section will give you the template details like the name and number of installs. Also, you can sort the templates based on installation numbers.
Create a Chatbot Template
Requirements:- Settings (optional)
- Flows
- Automated Responses (Keywords)
- Automation Rules (Triggers and Actions)
- Products
- Functions
Select the “Add Template” button in the Create Template section. Then, you will get the setup wizard like the image below.



In this template creation, fill in the required details:
- Template Name – Give a name to your template.
- Image – Paste the URL of the image that can be used on the template’s description. We recommend you keep the size of the image at 200×200 pixels.
- Template Contents – Choose the contents that are built for your template. That may be flows, settings, keywords, automation rules, functions, etc.
- Publisher Name – Provide the publisher’s name (mostly your name or your business name)
- Description – Fill in the details of your chatbot flow like the purpose, use case, and many more.
- YouTube URL – If you have a YouTube video about this template, paste the URL here.
- Test URL – You can link the demo chatbot of your template so that people will try and decide to use your template for their purpose.
You can easily incorporate an Agent into a template, you only need to include it in a flow, such as the default flow. It’s important to remember that this function is exclusive to Agents; Assistants (files) are not compatible.
