Alerting admins means sending a message to the chosen administrators, letting them know there’s a conversation that needs their attention. This can happen after a certain time, when there’s an order update, a purchase is confirmed, or other specific triggers in your prompts.

Setting Up Admin Notifications

Go to Menu > Settings > Admins.

Click on Manage, then click on the three-dotted line next to the admin you want to configure and select Edit.

Set the type of notifications you want and the Channels you wish to receive notifications from.Notification Channels

Including Notifications in Your Flow

You can also include this feature in your flow by following these steps:

Go to Menu > Flows and open a flow.

Inside the flow, search for the Notify Admins tab among many other tabs.Notify Admins tab in Flow Builder

Fill in the flow name, select/deselect the admins who are going to receive a notification, and place the description of what this notification is about.

Merge this into your flow.

Notifying Admins via SMS

Additionally, you can configure these notifications to also be sent as text messages (SMS) to the designated administrators’ phone numbers, thus ensuring an even more direct and immediate notification. To define the steps for sending SMS to administrators:

Go to Flows > Add Content > Actions > SMS > Send SMS to Admins.
