Create your First Flow

Watch this video for a quick and simple tutorial on creating your first flow.

The Flow Page

The “Flow” page is where you’ll manage all your chatbot flows. Flow page overview Here’s a quick overview of the key elements on this page:
  • Generic Search Bar: You can search for anything inside the platform, including flows.
  • Main Menu: Access other tabs in the platform from the left-side menu.
  • Tags & Custom Fields: These links will take you to the detailed list and analytics of tags and custom fields respectively.

Creating a New Flow

Click on the “Add Flow” button to create a new flow for your chatbot campaign.

The Flow Table

The flow table provides a summary of all your flows, including:
  • Flow Name: The name of your flow.
  • Modified Date: The date when the flow was last modified.
  • Menu: A menu for each flow with the following options:
    • Preview: Preview your flow.
    • Analytics: View analytics for your flow.
    • Flow Link: Get a shareable link to your flow.
    • Edit: Edit your flow.
    • Delete: Delete your flow.

Deleting Flows

To delete one or more flows, select the flows you want to remove and click on the trash icon below the table. Deleting flows
The Yellow color before the flow name indicates that the flow is unpublished. It will not be shown to your subscribers until it is published.
Always make sure that your flow is published before making it live.
