The broadcast tool allows you to send messages to multiple contacts simultaneously. This is ideal for sharing announcements, promotions, or updates with your Telegram audience.

Sending a Broadcast

Create the Flow

First, you need to design the message you want to send.
  1. Navigate to Menu > Flows.
  2. Click the Add button to create a new flow.
  3. Build your message using text, images, or cards.

Initiate Broadcast

Once your flow is ready:
  1. Navigate to Menu > Broadcast.
  2. Click on the Send button.

Select Channel

Choose Telegram as the target channel for this broadcast.

Select Content & Send

  1. Select the Flow you created in Step 1 from the list.
  2. Review your settings.
  3. Click Send to deliver the message to your subscribers.
Flexibility: Unlike WhatsApp, Telegram does not impose a strict 24-hour messaging window for broadcasts. This allows you to re-engage subscribers more easily, provided they haven’t blocked your bot.
