Creating a Template
Access Template Manager
- Log in to Chatbot Builder AI.
- Navigate to Settings > Channels > WhatsApp.
- Click the Manage button (or “Manage Templates”).
Configure Basic Settings
Fill in the required metadata:
- Name: Lowercase letters, numbers, and underscores only (e.g.,
order_confirmation_v1). - Language: Select the language of the message content.
- Category: Choose the correct Meta category:
- Marketing: Promotions, offers, updates.
- Utility: Order updates, account alerts.
- Authentication: OTP codes.
Design Content
Build your message structure:
- Header (Optional): Text or Media (Image, Video, Document).
- Body: The main text (Max 1024 chars). Use variables like
{{1}},{{2}}for dynamic data. - Footer (Optional): A short line of text at the bottom.
- Buttons (Optional): Add “Quick Reply” or “Call to Action” buttons (Visit Website, Call Phone).
