Broadcasts allow you to send a single message flow to many contacts simultaneously. Due to WhatsApp’s strict 24-hour messaging policy, the method you use depends on when the user last interacted with your bot.

Choose Your Broadcast Type

Use this method for users who have messaged you within the last 24 hours. You can send any type of content (text, images, cards).

Create Flow

Build the flow you want to send in the Flow Builder.

Navigate to Broadcast

Go to Menu > Broadcast.

Configure Send

  1. Click Send.
  2. Select WhatsApp as the channel.
  3. Choose Active contact within 24hrs.

Select Content

Pick the flow you created in Step 1 and click Send.

Important Considerations

24-Hour Policy

WhatsApp prevents businesses from sending free-form promotional messages to users who haven’t interacted in the last 24 hours.

Template Approval

To reach inactive users, you must use a template that has been reviewed and approved by Meta.
