Instagram Automation
Instagram Automation allows Instagram Businesses to use a chatbot to manage their Instagram DMs. An Instagram Business Account must be connected to a Facebook Page for Instagram automation to work.
Instagram Automation is available for the following accounts:
Any Instagram Professional account for a business.
Any Instagram Professional account for a Creator.
To manage Instagram messages via Fliqr, Instagram business accounts must enable the connected tools to toggle under message control settings.
Connect your Instagram Professional account to Fliqr.
Go to the Sign-Up page and choose Instagram.
Important Notes :
Your Instagram Business account must be connected to a Facebook Page.
Group threads (conversations with more than 2 participants) are not supported.
Instagram Comment Automation tool doesn’t work on Instagram Ads.
