Follow These Steps to Install and Configure the Fliqr AI Webchat Plugin on Your WordPress Site:

Step 1: Set Up Webchat in Fliqr AI

1. Log in to Fliqr AI:
   • Go to your Fliqr AI dashboard.
2. Navigate to Webchat Settings:
   • Click Settings in the left-hand menu.
   • Select Channels > Webchat > Manage.
3. Create or Edit a Webchat:
   • Click Create New Webchat or select an existing webchat to edit.
   • In the webchat editor, add your website domain under the domain settings.
   • Click Save to apply the changes.
4. Get the Webchat Code:
   • Locate the webchat you want to use, click the three dots (…) on the right side, and then click Get Code.
   • Copy the entire webchat script.

Step 2: Install the Official Fliqr AI Webchat WordPress Plugin

1. Download the Plugin Zip File:
   • Make sure you have the plugin zip file downloaded on your computer.
2. Upload and Activate the Plugin:
   • Go to your WordPress admin dashboard.
   • Navigate to Plugins > Add New.
   • Click Upload Plugin at the top of the page.
   • Choose the plugin zip file and click Install Now.
   • Once installed, click Activate Plugin.

Step 3: Configure the Webchat Script in WordPress

1. Go to Settings > Fliqr AI Webchat in Your WordPress Admin Dashboard:
   • You will find options to paste the default webchat script, which will be used on all pages unless specified otherwise.
   • To add different webchats for specific pages, use the page-specific webchat scripts field and input the configurations in a simple JSON format. For example:

   • In the JSON configuration, specify the script for each page. Use “home” for the home page, the page name (e.g., “about”) for specific pages, or the URL path (e.g., “/contact”) for specific page URLs.
   • Click Save Changes to apply your settings.
